How it works:
- We Come to You:
We start with an in-person walkthrough of your local workspace. We take all the necessary measurements, photograph the room, and discuss your goals, brand aesthetic, and workflow needs.
- We Design Your Space:
Within 1–2 weeks, our team builds your comprehensive design plan, optimizing for ergonomics, acoustics, lighting, and visual flow.
- We Hand Over the Blueprint:
We present your custom design package virtually. You receive a complete room recipe to implement on your own timeline. Even better? Take advantage of our Concierge Purchasing. When you buy your specified pieces directly through us, we manage all the ordering and shipping logistics at no additional hourly cost.

- In-Person Consultation & Site Measure: Up to 60 minutes on-site to evaluate your space and take accurate dimensions.
- Custom Concept Board: Paint colors, finishes, and decor direction tailored to your brand identity or personal style.
- Strategic Furniture & Layout Plan: A highly optimized floor plan integrating new pieces and any existing items you wish to keep.
- Wellness Focus: Integration of biophilic design, task/ambient lighting strategy, and ergonomic solutions that reduce stress and support focus.
- Curated Shopping List: Direct links to commercial-grade and high-quality furniture, lighting, and accessories with clear budget options.
- Follow-Up Support: One 30-minute virtual Q&A session to refine the plan and assist with your implementation.

We still offer this package fully virtually for out-of-town clients. We will send you our simple Measurement & Photo Guide, and handle the consultation via video call.

FAQs
Do I need a dedicated commercial office space?
No. We regularly design executive home offices, dedicated work studios, and single private rooms within larger commercial clinics or offices.
What do I need to prepare before our consultation?
Very little! Just have an idea of your must-haves, your budget, and 2–3 inspiration images so we understand your aesthetic. We will handle the photography and measurements when we arrive.
How fast will I get my plan?
Typically 5–10 business days after our consult.
Will you recommend furniture?
Yes—we specify commercial-grade and high-quality pieces tailored to your budget. You can choose to purchase the items on your own, or use our Concierge Purchasing service where we handle the ordering and logistics for you.
Can you work with items I already own?
Absolutely. We’ll integrate your favorite pieces and suggest strategic updates to complete the room.
What if my space is very small or awkwardly shaped?
That’s our specialty. Smart space planning and appropriately scaled furniture make a massive difference in how a room functions.
