Hi, I am Erika MacKay – a Registered Interior Designer (NCIDQ, ARIDO) with over 15 years of experience working across commercial, government, and hospitality environments.


With East Coast roots and a strong business strategy lens, I design environments that are grounded, practical, and people-first. I believe the spaces we spend time in directly shape how we work, connect, and feel – making thoughtful design a powerful tool for well-being, engagement, and long-term business performance.

I am a WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) and a member of the WELL Building Standard International Faculty, and I regularly integrate wellness principles into offices, clinics, shared workspaces, and customer-facing environments.


I am proud to collaborate with exceptional Canadian brands and manufacturers, prioritizing locally made, well-crafted solutions whenever possible. Earlier in my career, I spent 15 years as a part-time instructor at Conestoga College, mentoring emerging designers and helping shape the next generation of the profession.
