  2. Share Your Space within 1-2 business days you will receive our Virtual Office Consultation Prep Guide (easy to follow instructions for submitting photos, dimensions and inspiration via e-mail)
  3. Book Your Consultation → once we receive your space information we will share a link for you to choose a time that works for you.
  4. Meet Virtually → We’ll review your space live and make actionable recommendations.
  5. Receive Your Plan → Within 1–2 weeks, you’ll get your custom design package.
  6. Start Transforming → Implement at your own pace — we’ll guide you along the way.

  • A personalized design consultation (virtual): up to 60 minutes via google meet
  • Customized concept board: colours, finishes, and décor ideas suited to your goals and home style
  • Furniture & layout plan: including new and existing items as requested, optimized for comfort, productivity, and visual flow

  • A curated shopping list with links and budget options
  • 1 follow-up (virtual) Q&A session: up to 30 minutes to refine your plan and support implementation

    Typically 5–10 business days after our consult.

  • Will you recommend furniture?

    Yes — with links and budget options. You choose what to purchase and when.

  • Can you work with items I already own?

    Absolutely. We’ll integrate what makes sense and suggest strategic updates.

  • Do you offer implementation?

    Yes, as an add‑on (hourly). We can support ordering, styling, and final tweaks.

  • What if my space is very small or awkward?
